Warranty

Warranty:

All merchandise sold by Sled Solutions LLC is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customers, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims through Sled Solutions LLC.

All merchandise sold with the Sled Solutions name on it is covered for 1 year from date of purchase against manufactured defects and will be treated on a individual basis. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if we think abuse of the product led to its failure. To submit a warranty claim, please email us with pictures of the defect and include your name and order number.

Vehicle Warranty:

Installation of performance products may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public land. Re-sellers, installers and end users assume all costs and risk associated with these items. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a snowmobile unless your aftermarket part caused the problem.
